1. Shipping Rates & Tiers

We offer tiered shipping options based on your order total to ensure the best service for our community:

    • FREE Expedited Shipping: All orders over $100.00

    • Expedited Shipping Fee: $20.00 (Orders $0.00–$99.99)

  • 📦 Standard Shipping

    • FREE Standard Shipping: All orders over $60.00

    • Standard Shipping Fee: $10.00 (Orders $0.00–$59.99)


2. Estimated Delivery Windows

Please note: Transit times begin once the carrier has received and scanned your package.

  • Expedited Delivery

    • Transit Time: 5–8 Business Days

    • Estimated Total Delivery: 6–12 Business Days

  • Standard Delivery

    • Transit Time: 7–15 Business Days

    • Estimated Total Delivery: 8–18 Business Days


3. Fulfillment & Preparation

Every MOLLY PROM order undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure your dress is perfect.

  • Processing: Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Weekends: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Peak Seasons: During prom season or major sales, fulfillment may take an additional 1–3 business days. We appreciate your patience!


4. Real-Time Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

  • Updates: Tracking details typically synchronize within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your parcel's journey through the link in your email.


5. Shipping Essentials ⚠️

  • Business Days: All estimates apply to business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Restricted Addresses: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

  • External Factors: Delivery times are estimates and may be influenced by weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.


6. Damages & Lost Parcels

MOLLY PROM is not liable for items damaged or lost during the shipping process.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

  • Please retain all original packaging materials as they may be required for inspection.
