Items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To ensure your return is accepted, all items must meet the following "Pristine Condition" standards:
✨ Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original state, free from any scents (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.).
💄 No Marks: Items must be free of makeup, self-tan, or any other stains.
🏷️ Tags Attached: All original MOLLY PROM hangtags must be securely attached.
📦 Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original clear protective packaging.
For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable:
🏷️ Final Sale Items: Any products marked as "FINAL SALE" or purchased from our clearance section.
🧼 Hygiene Products: Intimates, bodysuits, and jewelry/accessories.

NOTICE: Our business office address (in Tennessee/Virginia/Georgia locations) is NOT a return address. Returns sent to our office instead of the designated warehouse cannot be processed or refunded.
⏳ Handling Time: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10–14 business days for inspection and processing.
💰 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
🚚 Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
